I first met the Western Vet Partners group when I was the hospital manger of a local vet clinic and that practice partnered with WVP. I had reservations, as one does with new ownership, but quickly found out that they followed through on everything they said they would, they offered support and guidance through the entire transition process, and then continued to help support me in growing and leading my team, while still allowing us to run our practice as we always had. I had a great working relationship with our local Director of Operations who also helped me connect with other area managers. After about 2 years, I was given the opportunity to grow into a Regional Manager position and now work to help support hospitals / doctors / managers go through the same process I did. I am happy to report that WVP continues to deliver as promised and everyone in this company shares my same core values in offering support to our hospitals so they can continue to provide excellent service to their patients and clients.

The leadership at this company is remarkable. Open lines of communication and plenty of growth and development opportunities. Outside the box thinking is encouraged. Always available for questions and assistance when introducing new processes or procedures.
