The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. One person will say one thing and if you talk to a different person they say something different or the exact opposite. They talk in circles on the phone or lie, and when you catch it they won't admit to something they just said. They promise raises then do everything they can not to give them. They say nothing is going to change when they buy your clinic out and then change everything. Favoritism is blatantly obvious and encouraged along with a toxic environment.

There is a poor company culture.
