Coworkers are always great, the info desk folks didn't see each other much when I worked there since it's mostly independent work, but we did work pretty closely with the building managers, and they are always lovely :) Generally very chill job, mostly answering questions in person, on phone, or via email, as well as logging and checking for lost and found items.

Cons

The job's been in transition for a while, so there's a bit of instability in some of the organization of expectations and shifting goals at the desk.
