Compensation - personal Limited travel Respectful and professional people in most areas of company Direct co-workers are great

Cons

Too much enforcement of policy that emulates executive management view Very limited resources to truly excel Very slow to respond to change or when resources are needed for ease of success Too many reactions of, its out of my hands Strategic viewpoint is not encouraged Medical benefits are in house resulting in too much information being known

It is not a good work environment, extremely conservative, and the pay is terrible compared to the same jobs elsewhere.

Pros

Good insurance plan. Otherwise I have no other pros.

Cons

Terrible 401k and retirement plans. Incredibly strict, conservative workplace. Other employees are rude and unpleasant to be around. The parking garages are expensive. Just all around a negative work place. And the pay is pathetic for being a fortune 500 company.

Great training program, nice to get salary for 2 months while training, somewhat flexible schdule.

Cons

Poor help with leads, stress is put on getting a sale up on the board instead of taking care of the clients needs.
