Pros

This is a great company! From the leadership to the front-line associates I have been impressed with the ethics, dedication to clients and genuine concern for associates.

Cons

In my opinion this is a positive, however, this is the only con I hear as an employee. If you are looking for a place to “hide” and just earn a check this is not it. The company is fair but expects associate to do their fair share. If you do not, it is addressed.

Good benefits, good support, opp. for advancement, great commission rates, good local management support, company is very solid, existing book of business, almost all expenses are covered compared to other companies, and pretty laid back environment

Cons

product alignment is completely out of wack. The compensation system basically punishes you for writing securities business. Products are not competetive in high end clients.
