Very toxic work environment. Project managers were hard to work with and would talk bad about staff employees which you could hear from their own cubicle which was super uncomfortable and unprofessional. Senior level associates would discourage staff associates about achieving certifications if they weren’t the CPA. The audit department has multiple certifications you can take but most of the senior associates looked down on you if weren’t pursuing a CPA. Trust is a huge thing for most people at work. There were multiple times senior level or manager level associates would say one thing to the staff but then do the opposite which wasn’t a good look either.
