Pros

free lunch is great, subsidized parking, health benefits ok, pay is decent if you negotiate coming in well. you can move up in the office system if you put in enough time somewhere. Top level executive management may be best in city, but keep the doors to "club" tightly locked. This is a privately held firm.

Cons

very conservative, hierarchical organization. top down decision making. thinking outside the box or challenging managers gets you fired in an instant. low satisfaction in office jobs. bookish personality types who respond well to direction thrive here.

Cons

Horrible environment. Straight out of Mad Men. Seriously locked in the 1950s.
