      Pros

      This is a great company! From the leadership to the front-line associates I have been impressed with the ethics, dedication to clients and genuine concern for associates.

      Cons

      In my opinion this is a positive, however, this is the only con I hear as an employee. If you are looking for a place to “hide” and just earn a check this is not it. The company is fair but expects associate to do their fair share. If you do not, it is addressed.

      Amazing Training, advancement, stability, pension, good commission rate, good client relationship building, hard to get fired, very honest, great CEO

      disconnection between home office and field, too frugal, old fashion, too much work load, too many conference calls/meetings, demanding, stressful
