Where do I start. They will say anything to get you to hire in. I worked there for over 2 years and saw 20 some people start and quit. Fill the chair, no matter how unqualified they are. Management thinks they know everything when in fact they are completely incompetent. They push you to sell whole life insurance like crazy, even if it is not in the client's best interest. You have to attend meetings that produce no value whatsoever and waste your time. I could go on and on. Please save yourself your precious time and look elsewhere. Let the hamburger flippers have this exciting opportunity. If you have any financial education or experience, there is so much more out there that is better.
