Pros

Some good managers, friendly people generally

Cons

Poor management, poor implementation of new technologies, lower than average pay, incredibly strict & conservative, no remote flexibility, no compassion for illness/disability, stressful accomodations process, poor health benefits, they avoid paying for benefits as much as possible & refuse critical care by using their on-site doctor as final say on patient needs without seeing the patients themselves, low-to-no transparency, high turnover, high associate dissatisfaction, refusal to listen to associate desires (i.e. remote work, dress code, etc.), enforcement of 40 hour in-office through badge scans (they refuse to provide the badge report to associates) & utilize badge reports to deny compensation, promotion, & bonuses, claim they provide free lunch even though associates pay through their benefits, active lawsuits around shady practices, actively attempts to not pay pensions to retirees, & will sue their own assocaites to avoid responsibility. Most glaringly, the first time a pulse survey showed incredible dissatisfaction with senior leaders (i.e. VP's, the board, & CEO) across the entire org, they simply stopped doing those surveys.

Pros

Outstanding culture with supportive leadership that genuinely wants to see you succeed. Management is approachable, invested in development, and provides strong mentorship. The career opportunities are excellent, with clear paths for growth and advancement. The level of support—both professionally and personally—is truly one of the strongest aspects of working here.

Cons

Balancing work responsibilities while studying for licensing and exams can be challenging. Advancing your career requires a significant time commitment, and maintaining work-life balance during exam preparation can be difficult at times.
