Pros

Great sales Training and compensation......while you are there..(except for the first 7K you earn that they will keep in your "reserve" account.

Cons

If you ever leave the company....they will never pay you the commissions they owe you. They are known to hire lots of folks for the busy season and then fire them at Labor Day. Reserves are $7K and you will never see your money if you leave. No benefits. they call you an independent contractor but make no mistake....you will have mandatory training, mandatory hours, mandatory everything....no sick days and no vacation or days off during any holiday or summer period. You will have to sign a non compete agreement which they will enforce if you are good. Even if they fire you it's hard to get a release from them.
