Great working hours. training was comprehensive and prepared you for anything you might encounter. General staff was pleasing and accomodating.

Cons

Managers gave false promises of advancement and ability to make a constant salary. Management took no headence of advice and operational changes that would improve efficacy. Also, employes were kept on constant watch and any variation in attitude or performance would be immediate grounds for removal. Dont expect to get noticed because of accolades or education, all that matters is VPG.

If youy can sell, Its an Easy product to sell, and there is still some money to be made there and once youre there for a month or two you automatically get a feeling of being right at home.

Cons

Company doe not care about you as a person, your a just a number. They hide everything from you, they never tell you the truth. There are very little ethics in upper upper management.
