Pros

The insurance was okay, they had tight network requirements so getting an annual physical with a blood test outside of network resulted in $1500 medical bills. They also didn't have anyone get killed while I was working there.

Cons

The pay. I thought the pay was okay until we had 3 people interview for roles and all turned them down. Senior management spoke in staff meetings about having to "reason" with people to take less money to come work there. When I left for a different company in my field, I received an 18% raise.
