      Pros

      Westinghouse provides Job Security through its exciting future in the nuclear business. Flexible Hours are useful. You are required to work 'core' hours everyday and choose when you work the remaining. Upfront Paid Tuition to various PGH Universities.

      Cons

      Hard to get challenging work, leadership opportunities. Due to the nature of long projects with many teams, much of the work can be tedious paperwork which is drawn out over years.
