10-15 years behind the curve on where they should be with internal processes and automation. Projects driven with excel and OneNote, tasks are not clearly defined or assigned. Poor direction from leadership. Designs are assembled without existing infrastructure taken into consideration, duplicating work. No standardization or best practice on implementations. Seems like they built everything in the 90s and just left it.
