Pros

Technically excellent senior coworkers who share a passion for the future of nuclear energy generation. Proud rich past history of innovation.

Cons

At times it was dismal working there. The absolutely worst management. Declining revenue and projected revenue estimates significantly missed their goals. Japanese ownership was a major change of culture. Many do not realize that today's Westinghouse is a Japanese company (Toshiba).

Pros

Industry leader and global company

Cons

In the past 5 years the company has been in an obvious decline. Reduced raises, reduced benefits, reduced respect in the workplace especially from management. Poor standards for new and current employees, poor project management.
