Pros
Higher salaries than most. Westinghouse had a huge need for employees and was willing to overpay to get what they wanted.
Cons
Gross over hiring. First round of layoffs have hit and the second round is on its way. Advancement is based on politics, not merit. The highly touted alternate work arrangement is slowly being pulled since old style management doesnt like it.
