-pay -good reputation in Pittsburgh area

Cons

-poor management and lack of strategy -inability to train new employees as part of growth strategy, which leads to an increase of young engineers with approx. 4 hours of work to do a day, but plenty of time for coffee breaks and working out in the gym facilities on site
