      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Safe work environment. A good port during a bad economic storm... at least as long as the market for nuclear power continues.

      Cons

      matrixed organization, poor information sharing, senior management has no outside experience, lack of decisive leadership, no accountability. Single market with limited buyers... thus limited growth.

      Pros

      Looking to start a great career, this is the place to do it, friendly co workers, good pay It comes highly recommended, and lots of room for expansion

      Cons

      Too big for some, corporate HQ may not be exactly what everyone wants, difficult to move horizontally, but is possible.

      Great place for an engineering career, or a great start for others.

      Pros

      Growing industry with potential for a strong future, especially for engineers and technical staff. Very good work/life balance programs (if your manager supports them) -- telecommuting, flexible schedules, etc. Above average health insurance benefits. Committment to "green" business practices, especially at new Cranberry HQ building (LEV parking, recycling, no styrofoam in the cafeteria, LEED-certified building, etc.)

      Cons

      Support functions have little room for career growth or movement. IT infrastructure lagging. Change is painfully slow. Few women in senior leadership roles (of 15-person executive staff, only one is a woman and no women on the board of directors).
