Pros

They give you space to grow professionally. You can easily move between different areas in the company. Freedom to develop your own ideas. Very good life and work balance. Company is in a growing sector.

Cons

As with any large company, certain things are overly bureaucratic which can sometimes be frustrating. After years of slow business, the company is now growing fast and as such is experiencing some teething problems.

Pros

If you can somehow land an internship at Westinghouse, I strongly advise you take it. Not only is there great pay (some of my peers are working longer, harder hours and getting nothing), but they give you a chance to learn some very interesting things about a unique field.

Cons

Westinghouse is a very "corporate" place to work. They follow everything by the book and give little room for creativity. This is a rather small complain and they really cannot do a whole lot about it due to the highly regulated nuclear industry.
