      Great if your a people person, aggressive salary and commissions. Great starting point and the people in the company treat one another like family. You must be a go-getter or you will fail. Many say your micromanaged, truth is you work from home... Your superiors just want to make sure your doing your job.

      To many reps in one area, sometimes gets competitive. You must be on your game 24/7
