Pros
High tech tools to help you perform your job and multitasking skills will be sharpened since you have to wear many hats.
Cons
Very difficult to maintain and acquire new accounts because your dealers will fe tired of not being able to put deals together due to the high discount fees we charge. They do not pay enough for your time and effort. The company makes more than their share ripping off the customer and dealership while at the same time not paying the sales team enough. Was suppose to be a 6 figure job but in reality only very few account managers are making a decent living. Support staff is mediocre at best with uneducated individuals servicing your loans which ends up losing your commissions if a deal goes south due too much incompetence. No room for advancement, boiler room mentality and churn and burn atmosphere. Do not work here if you have an education and do not want to be surrounded by greed and used car salesman. Too many hoops to jump through to get a loan approved and lack of support, growth and a poor pay plan makes this a company that does really care about it's employees.
