      Lots of fun but sometimes little structure

      Pros

      Culture is very relaxed. Uncapped commission. Lots of freedom, flexibility, and autonomy. Training/Christmas trips are really great!!!

      Cons

      Hard to move up, your salary gets chopped in half after a year, no clear direction, very little constructive feedback, don't value people but more so numbers!!!

      Pros

      nice people, good location, lots of transparency throughout different departments of the company. Overall, good company to start to help progress career through learning and developing your skills previously learned.

      Cons

      lower salary, little room for promotion, few employee benefits, sometimes not much control over tasks at hand. Overall, do not plan to stay here for the length of your career, however not a bad place to get your feet wet and experience a profitable business in the LA area.
