• Management genuinely cares about your growth and gives clear direction and expectations. • Uncapped commissions — your earnings potential is in your hands. • Plenty of training and skill development that you can use for a lifetime. • Everyone is held to the same standards; no “prima donnas.” • ESOP and great benefits add to long-term value.

Cons

• You gotta work. This is a true sales job with high standards and accountability — it rewards effort, but it isn’t easy.
