Pros

Insurance benefits and some of the members become like family, great place to learn tools for your resume and move on to make more money.

Cons

Vacation cancellations, long hours, no communication, Not sure what the ceo does since he lets everyone do whatever, archaic technology, not competitive, unrealistic sales goals, no back office support, LONG hours sometimes 7am-6pm multiple days in a week , incentive and wages are not competitive. No advancements opportunities.

None!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Cons

The management on all levels are terrible. I worked with several different departments and there is no loyalty or support from anyone. CEO let's the place be ran like a play ground. Very unprofessional!!

Getting to have Saturday and Sunday off and every major holiday off.

Cons

Pretty much everything and the sales goal you are pushed to meet every month
