      Pros

      Enjoy some of my coworkers and consider them friends. Property managers who live on site don't have to worry about rent or utilities.

      Cons

      No autonomy, discriminatory hiring practices, take "At Will" to a whole new level, watch out!!! HR discredits concerns, watch out!!! It's not about work performance, watch out!!! Monthly meetings to discuss who they want to get rid of, watch out!!!! Nepotism and favoritism abound. Managed by fear and intimidation, watch out!!!!
