Pros

Started when I was out of college. Great company to go into without much prior marketing experience. Flexible hours. Treats every Friday. Executive team was amazing though and everyone in the office was very nice.

Cons

The marketing team’s structure makes it very hard for any upward growth so I recommend going in to get the experience, then getting out asap. Also, pay is on the lower side of the average.

Cons

This company is the opposite of all their core values. Do poorly and get promoted. Do well and remain stalled in your same position. It's like High School all over again with all the gossip and favoritism.
