Benefits and compensation are strong. Work life balance is generally good but varies greatly by team. Lots of opportunities to grow.

Cons

Much of Sr Leadership consists of those who 1) are technical experts and 2) manage "up" very well. Ability to lead your own direct reports well is not highly valued despite any words that exist on vision statements or posters in conference rooms

No communication. No professionalism. Will not honor any of their agreements whether or not it is in writing. They do not care about the employees just end of the year bonuses
