Pros
The pay and compensation and employee profit are quite high for an entry-level position.
Cons
As a black male with a Bachelors's and Master's in Engineering, I had very minimal mentorship, onboarding program and commitment to my growth. Almost as if management o the Kenora mill did not know how to address someone of my color. The mills are far away from civilization hence you tend to lose touch with diversity as they are dominated by white blue-collared men who only care for the end goal "Get products out as fast as possible". For entry-level positions, I'd suggest you stay away but then again it is up to you.
