      Culture is changing which is good

      Pros

      Starting with the CEO and then the move to Seattle, the culture is changing in a good way. The company is starting to recognize the need and advantage of getting up to speed on technology improvements across the business.

      Cons

      Still long way to go in terms of technology. For instance there is no CRM. For a corporation of this size, and with the amount of revenue it is always a surprise for someone to hear that.

      Pros

      Great corporation to work for. Decent pay, good shifts, good safety culture

      Cons

      Poor management at cottage grove site. Very hard to keep people in maintenance department because of mechanics attitudes. Lots of great low/mid level management leaving/ transferring.
