Good compensation and benefits. Great people in the trenches. Historically, a fine old family-owned/run business that cared for its people.

Cons

Current CEO is there to gut and sell off the business units for a quick profit.

I worked as a research technician for several years. The tech center has some plush extras, including a cafeteria and gym. Both were excellent. Comradery of fellow technicians was a big plus.

Cons

Extremely male dominated company. Very few women in management, virtually none in upper management. Like taking a step back in time. Sexism and sexual harassment are far too prevalent.
