      WY is flushing out experienced older works

      Pros

      Bringing in new MBA's that lack work experience but are quick to learn

      Cons

      Pushing out those with experience to lead, guide and train the new hires. There is no sense of comradery, no feeling that the top executives all the way down to the managers care about the employees. The company is still laying folks off, so you come in every day and never know if you will have a job. This has been going on for years.

      There are no Pros to this company.

      Cons

      Very hard company to work for. They don't care about you or your family. They will come in shut you down then dont give you your vacation pay that is yours for at least a month and the severence they promised for 2 months. How do the expect people to live?? They don't care.
