Bringing in new MBA's that lack work experience but are quick to learn
Cons
Pushing out those with experience to lead, guide and train the new hires. There is no sense of comradery, no feeling that the top executives all the way down to the managers care about the employees. The company is still laying folks off, so you come in every day and never know if you will have a job. This has been going on for years.
