Everyone that works at corporate HQ is very nice. There are lots people who have been working there for 20+ years. I work with someone who has been there over 30 years. So many old timers mean they value their employees. They also still have a pension plan!

Cons

I have not experienced any yet. However I have not been there long.

A very strong, caring culture with the highest safety commitment of any organization. Employees build lasting, long term relationships and chose to stay with the company for a long time. Most employees have at least 15 years of service. Very strong work ethic, dedicated, smart employees who give back to their communities. .

Cons

The forest products industry is very cyclical so it can be tough to ride the commodity markets....highly dependent on housing.
