Pros

I loved the people I worked with and the job itself was great. I loved the customer interaction and building lasting professional relationships.

Cons

The management style leaves much to be desired but taught me a lot that I can take to my next job.

Pros

Decent pay Decent benefits That's about it

Cons

Disorganized, management are liars, Absolutely no consideration to your personal health, dangerously overworked (60-80) hours weekly (it was common to start at 7:00am and work to 9:30pm everyday. daily schedule is changed several times a day, last minute decisions to show up earlier than earlier specified ( as in, at 10:30pm your told to be at the job site at 8:00am, the time is now 6:45am and you receive a txt that says you are to be at the job site at 7:00am even if it's one hour away, so you get there and the customer shows up at 9:00am) None of the company vehicles are taken care of, they go 15k miles without oil changes and when they finally breakdown it's suddenly your fault Technicians are eager and ready to throw you under the bus when they themselves are doing worse Most of the work is placed on one or two technicians while the rest place patty cakes Training is a joke, about once in every five years Also, when your hurt, they will find a way to not file workmans comp

Whaley Foodservice Response

Unfortunately Whaley, as well as any other company, cannot restrict former or disgruntled employees from posting comments. That is the great part about America, that we enjoy the freedom of speech and the right to speak our minds. While we respect that right, we also want to respond to this comment by saying we will be celebrating our 72nd year in business in 2016 and although we can’t please all of the people all of the time, we do our best to conduct ourselves with the utmost integrity, while always striving to provide our customers with the best possible service and our employees with a fair, pleasant work environment.
