Pros

It's nice to be able to eating, save and buy things with the pay you receive at a job. I wanted to believe that the prior reviews were fake but they turned out to be true. I worked here for almost 3 yrs as support staff and you get to know the inner workings and the unofficial "whaley way" of things. In a nutshell, it's how they cut corners where they can without getting in trouble and half Zazz way of doing things at this place. A place to work will want to keep you busy and this place did for a bit. Once you get into here, you're pretty much at a dead-end job. Field technicians are interesting characters. The occasional email about techs destroying their work issued devices were funny. ex. running over their tablets with the work trucks, or drop their tablet / phone into toilets, or leave them on top of the car and drive away. Interesting characters at this place. You meet all sorts of people on the phone and in person. The vending machines are nice to look at and sometimes needed on the bad days. Manager is a workaholic and you'll need to be a morning person with a smile. When the team fails to do something, he assign homework and will grade you on these assignments. Overall, management is nice to you so stay on their good side. This job is a stepping stone unless you happen to be higher than a Desktop Support Technician. Dale the trainer is a nice guy and I have nothing bad to say about him. The other guys in IT are nice too. Work lunches were great. I did learn a lot here. Jack of all trades; master of none; Team work is nice and collaboration with MS Teams, Office 365 online really made it easy. Technologically advanced work tools including the use of instant messaging is a pro.

Cons

Just look at the negative reviews; they're legit.
