So there are definitely growing pains and room for improvement from that rapid growth. And there are many things that they are working through for the very first time. But most importantly, the founders are aware and eager to address these pain points, and are actively filling the gaps in structure and management.

My goal in writing this review is to offer information that will make you reconsider whether or not you should accept a job offer here. Trust me, you don't want to. It was the worst job and the worst manager I've ever had in my life. My manager was unpleasant, assumed bad faith/the worst at all times, passive-aggressive, impossible to please, disrespectful, a bad communicator, a micromanager, lacks empathy and treated me in a way that was simply unacceptable. They would look for reasons to find fault with me. They were not good at their own job and I felt the repercussions of that. Aside from this manager, the company does not take the covid-19 pandemic seriously. Upper management are immature, lack empathy, and are the type of people that love to call out employees in front of their peers. You should know that this company is affiliated with F Jerry, which helped put on the Fyre Festival. Enough said there. There was a long time when they didn't have HR, no HR employees at all, which is a huge red flag.
