Pros

Pay is great. Other than that, not a whole lot. The interaction with my customers is the reason I come back to this place every day.

Cons

The family to work ratio, the expectations from your gms, the Witch hunt that ensues if you do not participate in the politics, the amount of time your area managers spend in the units. The criteria for becoming area manager of the year should be based on more than numbers. This company is a joke with the "pride, care & love"
