Pros

Theirs opportunities for advancement from within. You are paid every week.

Cons

Once you become a menager you pretty much sit still in that posistion for a while. It's about who you know rather then what you know. The rules in black and white are only to be followed when the powers of be deem it necessary. GM'S stab each other in the back if it means getting ahead. Right is right and their wrong is right. Pride love and care. Yeah right. Family looks out for each other they don't throw each other under the bus first chance they get. If it boils down to you or them they'll throw you out the bus.

Pros

Whataburger has some great benefits and a good backbone. Good support systems for employees in need and great standards. Room to grow and advance in the company if wanted.

Cons

Some stores need better management. There is at least one manager in each store that is overworked and taken advantage of while the rest of them slack off and do anything they want. Don't get me wrong it might just be where I'm from but I see it alot. Working 60-75 hours while the rest of management work 45-50 hours is just not right.

Pros

It's an amazing job, they work with you with your hours, and schedule. And job is pretty easy. And managers and everyone is like a family. Employees get half off meal discounts

Cons

Customers can be impatient and rude, and they think Whataburger is like McDonald's when it comes to prices. But Whataburger is expensive.
