They preach about quality of life and family values, that's when your hired your like apart of the family. It's not really a professional "family like" environment. Alot of back stabbing and gossip especially in the area I worked in. GMS take advantage of hard workers and no recognition what so ever. They will make your work life impossible if you allow it. If you do kiss up to management- spread gossip and talk about coworkers, you get whatever you want- great raises, the shifts you want to work, and not face any penalties or backlash for not completing tasks or running numbers.

Communication between managers is horrific, no respect for set schedule, management blames you whe customers order is wrong even though you repeat the order to them, the list goes on.
