Pros
Everyone's fun and even the scary managers are pretty great. 50% off is nice too. Learned how to work under pressure and fast, also learned good customer service skills.
Cons
-Hours get cut when asked for days off and there's no room for improvement, hardly and raises too. -Even though I was a student I still had to work graveyards and it completely sucks having to work with drunk customers, especially as a 17 year old female when I started. -Managers don't know how to stand up for employees when customers are out of line and angry for no good reason. It's a burger joint, please. Calm down. -Managers get really picky with how our discounts are used, we usually can't use our discounts if we're working and a family member comes. (I think it's fair as long as we don't exceed our two discounts, we're working aren't we?)
