Pros

Was hired quickly. Get paid weekly. Offers direct deposit. Has a 'Fast Tracks' plan for moving up in the company. There is potential to make the store thrive.

Cons

Store is disgusting. No one follows hand washing or glove wearing procedures. Saw someone put hashed browns in a bag for a to go order with her bare, nail bitten hands. Employees who don't care, at all, about the company or anything else for that matter. GM with poor communication skills. I have received NO TRAINING at all by management. I was told how to wash my hands by an employee and basically have been training myself. Since I've worked there I have warned everyone in my family to go to another burger place because of how dirty and disgusting this place and it's employees are. There is no team building or contests to make team members want to succeed. Unorganized from the cooler to the supplies on the shelf. I'm shocked it has passed a health inspection. I've been there less than a week and this is what I've noticed so far. I digress.

Pros

I love my customers for the most part. The ones that are there every day at least once and sometimes more. They are what makes the day good

Cons

No formal traiing and you get in trouble if you mess up on something that you dont know how to do . They make one set of rules that they show you when you are hired and then once you are employed they change the rules and you are forced to deal with it or quit. No breaks unless you are under 18 so you can have a 9 hour shift and not get so much as a 10 min break. Not all employes are held to the same standards it all depends on who you are and who likes or doesnt like you so be carefull
