Pros

the only pros are the fact that they actually gave me a job

Cons

I wear a bracelet that is from my religion, and I cannot take it off because it is bad luck; it can only come off naturally, and my managers told me I had to get a note from a prophet saying I could wear it, and they tried to cut it off of me without my permission. Also, also is this the military or fast food? You can't miss a day of shaving or you have to wear a beard net, and I guess this only applies to employees, as I see my manager making burgers with more hair on his face than me. I come back the next day ready to work with my face shaved, and they still tell me to wear one because I "missed a spot" and I kept my mustache. been wearing a face mask ever since, while my manager continues to have his full beard. Once, after a big rush, I went to get a drink of water, and my manager yelled at me to "stop leaning." That was the most degrading thing I have ever heard. I don't mean to sound like a petty person, but how are you going to tell me not to drink water as if I don't need that stuff to live? I could go on for days and days, trusting this is just the beginning of this hell hole.

Pros

There were a lot of friendly associates. Also, 50% off food was ok.

Cons

Where do I begin...I honestly felt like this was the best company to work for until a year in and started seeing Mgmt become 2-faced. Senior Mgmt would make decisions without seeing the impact it would have on the department adding more or slowing down processes that were in place. It also didn't help that these same Senior Mgr had a buddy working for company that was hired which added and slowed down our process. The Senior Mgr wouldn't budge on getting rid of them. The department was doing jobs that were clearly supposed to be done by another department, but that other department didn't want to do it, so it landed in the department I was in. There was also some people in the department that thought outing a fellow teammates to direct Mgmt, from what they were seeing on each other's social media accounts, would show that they're Mgmt material. Favoritism for certain employees in most departments and was quite evident. The work/life balance was horrendous. The health, vision, dental insurance is extremely high. No college tuition reimbursement. It's next to impossible to move up unless you're a favorite and/or you know a Senior Mgr.
