Pros

Really flexible scheduling; Managers are freaking awesome its an overall great place to work. Do your job and get hours, if you come to mess off expect your hours to get cut.

Cons

If you let them they will stick you on 1 position and you will be stuck there unless you specify what it is that you wanna do.

Pros

Everyone is friendly and some cool perks like 50% off Whataburger food. Company offers development classes and work/life balance is easy.

Cons

Not as competitive as other big companies in the city when it comes to salary, 401K matching and health benefits. Constant reiteration for development but not much room for growth in management or project management.

Pros

Generally nice, caring, well-meaning people. Good pay. Great discount on WB food. Very supportive of communities and charitable causes. Good benefits (aside from vacation time).

Cons

Very bureaucratic - too many meetings, too few decisions. Little training offered for HQ personnel. Not very transparent/open with staff. More important to "go along to get along" than to perform.
