- Growth was a big focus for the company - Benefits and flexible - Stock options after 6 months

Cons

- Remote was an option but wasn't great for me - Growth focused companies also means there are moving parts and miscommunication at times

Unparalleled benefits package! The company mission and level of passion around the platform are huge. Everyone on the team is a firsthand buyer/seller on Whatnot, and it is hands down an overall great place to work.

Cons

Only con is that it does require a lot of work and time, given that we're still building and gaining momentum.
