      Pros

      I started at Wheeler Staffing Partners several years ago because I had a friend that worked there who referred me. Since then I have grown to love this company as the leadership team has helped mold me into the recruiter I am today, always giving tips and pointers! Everyone who works there is given the chance to grow quickly within the company as long as you can prove yourself and they also have given me several raises over the years. Tim and Josh have been so understanding of the ups and downs I have gone through in my personal life. They supported me through my maternity leave and have allowed me to work remotely when I need to be with my little one! They offer a very generous amount of PTO as well! I feel a strong sense of loyalty to this company and love the team I work with!

      Pros

      Since Day one this has been a great opportunity with a fun, team-centered culture. The company has access to all the tools you need to be successful. The CEO invested in Linkedin Recruiter this year and has made a difference in the quality of candidates and branding. Strong compensation and commission plan. You are allowed to sell to any vertical and geographic region. No Limits!

      Cons

      The company continues to grow year after year and with growth, there can be growing pains. The management works very hard to provide the support and tools to accommodate the growth.

      Pros

      I have been with Wheeler Staffing Partners for over a year now and I can tell you just how great it is. The managers are extremely understanding and have patience with anyone who is willing to put in the work. They work with you to be the best you can be. If you’re willing to learn and give it 100%, you will succeed with the managers and your peers help. I have learned a great deal being here and I feel that I have grown a lot.

      Cons

      I can’t think of a whole lot to put here. It would be nice to have Friday’s off! Jk maybe getting together more for happy hours!
