I LOVE MY JOB! Over the last three years, I've been taught so much from WSP.
I started out at entry level, as an RPO. They saw a HUGE potential in me and did nothing but harness that and help it grow. Over the last three years, I've learned so much and still am growing everyday. I've had numerous of raises and have worked my way up to where I am now.
Management actually cares and does what they can for their employees.
Yes, we are a smaller company, but I love that. I love the attention and the fact that they take a lot of time to help me thrive and succeed.
(And, what I've seen MANY times before, is if you are looking for a certain route or career path, they'd help you find a company that would fit your wants/needs. They just don't let hardworking employees go.)
NOTE: The reviews of WSP having a high turnover rate is somewhat true. BUT, the reason being is people will come just for a pay check and not for an opportunity to grow. They just want to sit around on the clock.
And unfortunately, those are the ones being let go and leaving these bad reviews.
Which is mean and pathetic.
