Thank you for your post. We are sorry you did not have a pleasant experience working for us, but to say our company is a con is just blatantly untrue and even slanderous. I can personally attest that at least 75% of our upper management team have a Bachelor's Degree and the ones that do not either have years of verified industry experience or have worked for us for 2+ years and worked their way up to management level.

Pros

This was my first experience as a full time recruiter, I have recruited in past jobs for the stores I managed and for new store openings. I really liked the management team. Their doors were always open and they had good advice for ways to find new candidates. The casual office setting was nice as well. Getting to wear jeans to work is always great! Great starting position to learn the basics of recruiting.

Cons

-High turnover -low pay rate with lack of incentives -general low morale in employees, fear of getting fired and not knowing exactly where you stand. -not much chance of upward movement. I know they say there is, but in my time there, I only know of at most 3 promotions.
