Pros

Since Day one this has been a great opportunity with a fun, team-centered culture. The company has access to all the tools you need to be successful. The CEO invested in Linkedin Recruiter this year and has made a difference in the quality of candidates and branding. Strong compensation and commission plan. You are allowed to sell to any vertical and geographic region. No Limits!

Cons

The company continues to grow year after year and with growth, there can be growing pains. The management works very hard to provide the support and tools to accommodate the growth.

Pros

You gain experience in a field that never dies out. Recruiting in an RPO and recruiting on the corporate or industrial levels are compatible. You are not micromanaged unless you are seriously messing up, depending on your supervisor. They have great people working there, it is a place where genuinely nice people are abundant, and the few who are not don’t get far (hopefully dear God please) This is a constantly growing company, if you make yourself known, and you make the company money, good things will come your way. They take the top producers every month to Whirlyball or a sports game, or another fun activity. It is easy to meet these goals.

Cons

High turnover (Read: easy to gain seniority on the RPO floor) Not organized Short training Sometimes vindictive managers (never been a victim) Sometimes the hiring process is handled by essentially trainees, but it is an entry level position. This may get better with time. Little to no commission structure Depending on the season, a little too frat boy for my tastes. This may get better with time.

Pros

Great entry level position with opportunities to grow in the company. If you work and meet all requirements set by your team lead you will get noticed by higher ups. Company outing for those who are the highest producers for the month. Do what is asked of you and you will succeed in your position. The reviews of high turnover rates are true. The reason being is people come to this company looking for a pay check and not for an opportunity to grow themselves. Those are the ones getting let go and leaving bad reviews. This is a staffing agency where you will be meeting certain goals per week and not a sit back job waiting for applicants to come to you. Great atmosphere with great people if you find those right people. Very laid back dress code. Large office space. Great CEO and Director. You do not need a degree for a position here. Building is very nice and well kept.

Cons

They will hire a new employee and make them a team lead without even considering you. Team leads need training except a few. People do not clean up after themselves. Girls restroom on top floor is disgusting. Not many cons as I have really enjoyed my experience at Wheeler Staffing.
