Pros

Self-sufficient work. They give you your instructions and then you work on your own. I like that kind of thing, but it's not for everyone

Cons

Management played favorites when I was there. Certain employees would get the "easier" assignments and given more leeway.

Pros

- Their attendance policy is extremely lax. - The people who you work with are good people, and genuinely do help you succeed. I do respect some of the management there whom I think could honestly do better else where and try their hardest. (You know who you are.) - If you want a super entry gateway job to recruiting, then this can help you, but don't sell yourself short either.

Cons

- Low Pay; Expect 13/hr maximum and won't raise unless you're an excellent performer, but even then it'll go up to 14-15/hr which is significantly less than any other recruiter makes on average. - No commission or bonuses; there is no incentive to do better in sales! - The break-room doesn't offer anything other than coffee. - They ask for you to work overtime and Saturdays too often. - No room for promotion; company is too small. - No healthcare benefits because nobody wants to pay a $5,000 deductible for health insurance. - Too stressful, understaffed. - While I said the management is full of good people, sometimes the way they handle their meetings is through superficial motivational tactics which are draining. - You're constantly moved around to other projects, and constantly in weekly meetings telling you how your team isn't doing good enough. - The turnover rate is exaggerating. You will be a veteran within three months, but loyalty isn't really rewarded. (I'm not talking about me in particular) - You're an expandable number. You feel like a number. - They hire people with less experience than you to become team-leads. Not a huge problem, but it's definitely not good for motivation for others.

Pros

Will hire you without prior recruiting experience, stable place to work if you actually work, there are bonuses and incentives for hitting goals. Goals and expectations were laid out in my interview. For the most part this is a laid back environment but you do have to hit goals like any other company.

Cons

Strict on attendance, no paid time off unless you are a full-time employee, medical deductible is high. People complain about pay a lot but we all accepted the position knowing the pay.
