DISORGANIZED and FAKE UPDATE

Pros

Hybrid Schedule 2/3 days in Office

Cons

This is an update on my short review of this company after receiving a disgusting, FALSE, AI-generated reply to my original review. I was hired as a Full-Time employee as part of my contract, including the entirety of my team (30+ employees) as stated by word of mouth from the employees themselves. We were NOT hired for short term project, this was NOT a contract based position and yet less than 10 of my original team remained after just 2 months of being hired. Many were left without work which left a horrible impression on this company. Again, they continue to LIE with the promise of job security and the opportunity for long-term commitment and lay off anyone at a whim. DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAREER.

Pros

I've worked at Wheeler Staffing Partners for almost three months now, and I can safely say that this is one of the best companies I've ever worked for. The executives are friendly and accessible, my coworkers are kind, and the environment is centered around learning and adaptability. I started out as a Junior Recruiter, and, in only three months, have been promoted twice. Being at a company that values employee growth and engagement is a big deal! PS: WSP has a water filter and not every company can say the same.

Cons

The conference room could be more ADA friendly.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you found the work enjoyable and appreciated the consistent schedule. We'd also like to provide some additional context regarding your concerns. Compensation for each position is determined by the agreement we have with our client and is discussed openly during both the interview process and again at the time an offer is extended. We believe in being transparent so that every candidate has the opportunity to evaluate the role, compensation, and expectations before deciding whether to accept the position. Regarding the comment about not being told all of the requirements upfront, we strive to communicate job expectations as thoroughly as possible. As with many staffing engagements, clients may refine responsibilities or priorities as business needs evolve, but our goal is always to keep our employees informed and supported throughout the assignment. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve our processes. Thank you for your time with Wheeler Staffing Partners, and we wish you continued success in your career.
